Does taking Bioidentical Testosterone still lead to loss of sperm production like standard Testosterone does?

Yes. Same thing. You go into HPTA shut-down. HCG administration will help in that cause.

My bio identical doc has people doing one of two things with the sublinguals, twice a day with hcg. Or once a day in morning, expecting it to fade enough for your own test to kick in while you sleep. I don't know how well it works, as I can only afford injections.
