    crappy workouts while on clen?

    Hi ive been running clen in the morning with the keto taken before bed. I have ramped my doseage up from 20 to 120mcg by increasing 20mcg a day. I have noticed the usual clen sides but have also noticed my workouts have not been as good while on clen i just feel a little weaker than normal. I was just wondering if this was normal and if anyone else had this same problem?

    Are you on any sort of AAS as well? I usually feel slightly weaker while running clen. It could be that clen curbs my appetite nicely, so perhaps you're getting in less cals? Thus making you a bit more lethargic/lower glycogen for your workouts? Entirely guessing there. I love clen though, despite it making me slightly weaker it really does work wonders as a fat burner. If you take it when you're sub 10% bf you can literally see a difference within a day of using the stuff, it's insane.

    its normal, as you loose weight (mainly fat) you will also loose a little bit of muscle, to minimize this you should still be consuming a high amount of protein. so yeah you will feel a little weaker, but dont worry it does not take long to gain your strength back.

    Clen is anti catabolic so you can run calorie restricted without fear of losing muscle

    it is to some degree, but from personal experience you will still loose some muscle mass, that is why i only cut for short periods of time about 8 weeks or less.

    I actually feel the complete opposite... I'm at 80mcg a day going to 100 tomorrow. Amazing workouts, I feel like I have a bit more strength and endurance.. Not to mention unlike most "stims" I get wood hard enough to break bricks 0.0

    what's your diet like? unless you're not eating much clen should help you retain all your strength or even put some on

    if you feel weaker in terms of your stamina, clen is cardiotoxic and won't help with your endurance

    I eat really clean 6-7 meals a day it hasent killed my appetite. But the cardio toxic thing might explain my lack of energy. I also take 5 grams of taurine/day and my muscles dont exactly cramp but get pretty tierd easily and are more sore than normal after a w/o

    Make sure you're eating correctly and take your clen after your workout. I used to take my clen before I went to the gym and it made my workouts horrible. Ever since I switched my workouts have improved a great deal. Make sure you're getting enough sleep and carbs in as well.

    .How much better is clen than albuterol? Anyone tried both? I will try to take it after mmy w/o and see if that helps

    Alot better and stronger.

    If i remember correctly clen was made for horses which is why its stronger.
