Hi every1, im going to try injecting steroids for the first time and ive read through the directions on this site and looked at a couple youtube videos, im still a bit weary of how far i should be putting the needle into my arm and if im doing it in my shoulder if ther is and easier or better way to try and avoid drawing blood back into the tube? any help would be much appreciated, thanks
