    Test cycle & hairloss/acne

If one was to run their first cycle consisting of Test E.....and started noticing hairloss and acne...could one stop the cycle immediately and run PCT...and hair not be affected for the long term and acne subside? Basically if the cycle was stopped immediately as sides were noticed.

So if Prop was ran instead...how would stopping immediately once sides were noticed affect one in the long run? Any lasting effects

the acne could be a week to a year, everybody is different, but its easily preventable by low dose accutane and controlling estrogen from day 1

by the time you see noticeably less hair on the head, i think it may already be too late. thousands of follicles may be already dead or in dormant state. even if you stop your cycle immediately, even if its prop that clears out of your system in a couple of days, the dormant hair follicles will take months to recover, if at all.

if you're only running test, and if the dose is not too high, finasteride may help a little. but Swifto pointed out in a post that finasteride may limit your gains a little bit.

so, got to decide what you want.. go natty and keep your hair?

Wow thats a cool idea about running accutane during cycle...never thought about that.

Is there anyway I could determine whether or not I have the gene to lose hair? Like by seeing a specialist or something lol

you can't do a test to find the gene, cos its caused by multiple factors and multiple genes.

people used to say to look at the uncles on your mum's side of the family, but even your father's side genes will also affect you.

    here's a passage from wiki:

Recent research confirmed the X linked androgen receptor as the most important gene, with a gene on chromosome 20 being the second most important determinant gene (snpedia). This research suggests that heredity of AGA is X linked, however, research has also shown that a person with a balding father has a significantly greater chance of experiencing hair loss. Men whose fathers had experienced hair loss were 2.5 times more likely to experience hair loss themselves, regardless of the mother's side of the family, which may suggest Y linked heredity plays a role.[17][18]
