    1st timer needs tips.

    Hey fellas. I'm a new member as well as new to the test world. I noticed over the last two years my intensity at the gym has become almost non existant. A friend of mine hooked me up with some prop. So I thought I would ask around if anyone had any tips or info to help me on this first go at it.

    I'm 27 years old, 6'4" 180. Always been on the light side but even with out juice I'm up around 315 bench 400ish on squats ( hate legs but I get it done) ect.

    Also Wtf is with the pain for the first 24 ? I hate needles. The shot its self was in my left ass cheek and didnt bother me at all. However I do security (grave yard shift) I took the shot before work and by the end of my shift it felt like my left hip and lower back were hit by a damn truck lol Any thing I can do to make walking easier durring the 48 hours following a shot?

    How much you doing, are you taking an AI on cycle. How about a PCT need to be thinking about these things, or you set to fail. With that being said welcome and just search this site and forums there is alotttt of information here to help you succeed. There are also a lot of people here who are experts, so listen to them they know what they talking about. As far as your pain, I can't help you there I pin in my quads, alternating On Thursday's and Sunday's, and have never had no problems plus I can see what I'm doing. Good luck

    I'm at work and dont have the stuff infront of me. I want to say I'm taking 1.5 cc twice a week. the prop is 100mg/ml... Does that sound about right ? I feel like such a noob lol I know I need a PCT. That was one of my next questions. I dont know what you mean by AI.

    I heard the spot on the front side of your hip isnt bad. My brother has done his fair share of stuff and said the quads are sketchy. Meaning lots of pain afterwards. Like knots or something like that. My entire lower body is pretty small. My quads are way underdeveloped lol That sounds pretty rough.

    Oh and just so you all know, the reason I don't consult my brother on these things is he loves to watch me fail. Big sibling rivalry thing. When he gave me my first injection we were both cracking up laughing ... Probably why it hurts so bad today.

    Shudnt have started without a full cycle all planned out , also u have no pct

    Seems like uve rushed into it to just get results without thinking of the bigger picture which is loss of all what gains u get and also testosterone shut down

    AI - aromatise inhibitor

    More research is needed also i dont get why u havent asked ur brother if he knows what he is doing , he cud give u some advise an may have told u that u wasnt ready or new enough about what u are doin

    Not having ago mate just basics no one wants to see anyone fcuk themselves up

    Howick, I've listened to what my brother and what the guy who gave me the prop said.Both said to just get a pct in the next wee or so since Ill be on cycle for 2-3 months. I obviously have alot to learn. Are there any good AI's I can get at loca stores or is that also something I need to find through my guy? He said he can get anything I need and to return with any questions or concerns.

    T-dogg, Thats what was suggested. Should I be taking it more often?

    No ego here guys. Just trying to take in any and all suggestions. Lets hear it.

    This cycle SUCKS!!!! READ beginners cycles and before you cycle hit the diet section.You need to learn how to eat before you cycle or you wont keep your gains IF you get any.And always being on the light side means your diet SUCKS!

    I skimmed through the dietary part and went completely through the beginner cycles. Alot ofthe diet part was a little technical but I think I got most of the point. I eat a crapload but its usually 3-4 meals a day with snacks in between. Granted not the best snacks. However I'm way over 3000 calories. I could almost knock that out with my pwo meal. I'm starting to see that I can take in a ton but if its not the right kind of stuff it wont help my muscle growth. I don't get fat though. I know eventually it will catch up to me. I get that alot. I'll look more into that.

    Since it is my first time and I'm not expecting to retain an ungodly amount of weigt/strengh could I hear some thoughts on how I am taking the prop and why the heck it feels like the injection site was hit by a truck. I've always ha a decent pain tollerance. Maybe I'm just being a pansey lol

    If you've only done 1 shot you should probably stop the cycle and do lots of research on gear and diet. Prop is eod injections

    And you were laughing while doing your injection? No wonder you're sore, the needle would be moving around. Did he aspartate ? Do you know what that is?

    If your diet is crap you will almost if not all your weight and strength gains.

    It hurts cause its virgin to injection.. it will get easier as thecycle goes on... prop is eod at 1.5 cc is good... get nolva and clomid for pct.. and a ai while on cycle... you can find these things from ar-r at the banner on top of the page... good luck and next time have your stuff in order first... plus without a good diet you wont see much gains regardless of what you take.. good luck

    Prop should be taken each day or every other day.


    Test e. Is good for a first cycle also btw. As said by many research cycle, ai, pct, diet. Great reads on here.

    Yesterday I had 4 eggs 2 toast and a sausge patty- worked out about a hour later- then pasta with red sause hrimp sausage and beef- Peanut butter and jelly- CHicken/rice/cheese brrito ( from a local place but about the burrito s about the size o a chipotle burrito)- peanut butter and jelly- then last meal was two sausage biscuits from mc donalds.

    I never really bothered eating clean because I'm about 180lbs and around 7% body fat and I always wanted to add a few pounds.

    Bro you get your diet figured out and you can put on some real size. That was one of the shittyest days of food I've seen in a while. Go to the nutrition section and get help. Without a strong diet in place you are wasting time with aas. Diet diet diet. 90% of success

    you forgot jelly beans..everybody knows you need jelly beans to gain weight.

    Just listen to these guys man they know, as far as where you can get what you need for AI and pct it depends on what you plan to use but go to the AR-R banner here at the website and they will have what you need. I have been using there stuff and it's good, been working great for me. Just research site and listen to advice here and you will be good.
