Yesterday I had 4 eggs 2 toast and a sausge patty- worked out about a hour later- then pasta with red sause hrimp sausage and beef- Peanut butter and jelly- CHicken/rice/cheese brrito ( from a local place but about the burrito s about the size o a chipotle burrito)- peanut butter and jelly- then last meal was two sausage biscuits from mc donalds.
I never really bothered eating clean because I'm about 180lbs and around 7% body fat and I always wanted to add a few pounds.
