if you are going to mail the var, i'd just mail the nolva and the clomid. although n & c are not a class 3, so not as bbig a deal. don't carry it on, put it on your stowaway if that is the direction you want to go.

Do you have a prescription from your doctor?
If so, bring a copy with you. Worst case senerio they will confiscate it.. More than likly you will be allowed to bring it in.

If not you will be bringing a class III dr*g into the US, punishable by the same laws that apply to illegal dr*gs
