Some fruit like apple, banana with some peanut butter or almond butter on it gives me a good boost for a simple snack!

be careful adding fruit and as a result sugar to ur cutting diet. too much of this will defeat the purpose of eating low carb. personally i eliminated fruit altogether until i achieved desired bf%
I'm real leary with anyone asking about "energy boosts". If you eat correctly, and frequently, then your snack should be a part of your planned eating routine.
I really really hate the idea of the "5 hour energy boost"
