Ok well I'm trying to lose some pounds here and I'm serious about it . Right now I'm 6'5 262 pounds and around 24-26% bf . I do workout two a day on MWF and do cardio on Tue thurs and sat . Basically I just want some opinions on what should my cal intake be and pro/carb/fat . So I can start this diet and do it right .
