Ok i took test like 2 years ago and then I stopped working out (biggest regret ever) well now I have been working out pretty hard for like 4-5 weeks and I'm not stopping any time soon. I'm not taking anything I have like mild man boobs and doing some research i learned that i should only do incline bench press and flys when working out my chest along with cardio. I have also been eating healthy, 6 small meals throughout the day. Is this good should i continue with my routine ? is there anyhting else i should do? im 23 y/o and i weigh 161 lbs and 5'11
