Hey guys thanks for taking time to check this out. I am looking for a little advice on my diet. My stats are as follows:

6'3
Been lifting for 5 yrs, but never paid too much attention to diet. This diet will be supplemented with cardio every day for 20-35 minutes (depending on length of workout and work time constraints) I'm looking to lean out and slice up a bit for Christmas time and then start a clen cycle.

8 am: protein shake w banana and orange juice. 6 egg whites and 4 whole eggs. Two pieces of whole grain toast w raspberry jam.

10 am. Chicken breast with a cup of brown rice.

12: (pre workout) chobani Greek yogurt and jack3d

1-230 lift

3 chicken w cup of brown rice

7: steak asparagus (sub any greens here) sweet potato

10: protein shake

11: bed
