This is my first pic on this post. I know its not much but I'm just strating to get back into it. I havent really lifted for over 6 years. I use to be in a lot better shape. I've been back in the gym for about a month now. I'm 6'2" 310 pounds, 19 3/4 inch arms 16 1/2 forarms, 54 inch chest, 45 waste, 31 inch thigh, and 19 1/2 inch calf. I was up to 330. What do you guys think?
