ok iv been reading threads on bodybuilding for years kinda just learning new tips n trying them out knowledge is power right ? Well i decided to join so i could post a thread. Ok first off ill tell u my experience ... ivv been lifting for most of my teenage adult life off and on.
But iv been takeing it serious for about 5 years iv been working out 5 times a week and trying to dedicate my life to getting bigger atm im about 90 % focused , My biggest problem is eating im a ectomorph with a savage metabolism ,Im 24 ,6 feet tall, i started off 165 pounds bf a lil higher then now , i tryed a cycle out but ran out of gear but it was still a good short cycle i ran anadrol 50 mg ed for 50 days 250 mg sustanon twice a week and 250 mg of deca twice a week 10 shots each and ran a bottle of arimadex
I gained 10 pounds easy and strength is still above usuall i can bench 250 with a spot 220 by myself squats my weakest point i squat 350 for reps , my weight dips around depending on my budget im usually around 175 i have a very low body fat my skins paper thin ,
Ok so i learned from my mistakes yes yes i know i was stupid to start without all the gear but i have a short time span im fighting a legal battle and looking at time if found guilty ,
So this time i have all my gear i wanna run 100 mg anadrol ed 30 days sustanon 250 deca 250 2 shots a week for 16 weeks and throw some arimadex into it if needed and i got some clomid for pct this will be my second cycle really hopeing to hit 210 so when i come off im 200 flat any advice or positive criticism let me know ,im no pro but i wanna be gonna try consuming about 5000 cals a day 400 protein and 400 carb, multivitamins and not really count my fat, i wishmy webcam was working so i could post pics maybe ill try to later
