I mean if you were to exhaust alot of causes this could definitely be one, but I think you would of known if you had an extra chromosome. I still would get it checked though.
Personally, I would say keeping it simple is your best option for now. Personally, as a teenager I wasn't to masculine either especially during my 16-17 year old ages. I had sparse hair, little muscle tone etc. I made a significant lifestyle changes through diet, exercise, education (not only health: tertiary). It seemed as if the more lifestyle changes I made through diet, exercise, employment, education etc the more my body and mind changed. I went from a fat chubby teenager who was shy to a motivated, determined and disciplined individual who is confident in all aspects of life.
Keep it simple, I was overweight and was did not have your average lean/muscular teenager build, however I made significant lifestyle changes through changing my outlook on life/mindset and achieved my goals of loosing weight, changing my diet, becoming fit etc.
Maybe that is all it will take for you to? Just my two cents.
Anyways, once again good luck dude your never going to be 19 again enjoy it.
