    When its time to bulk, whats a typical run to the grocery store look like for everybody?

    Same as cutting I just eat larger portions for bulking, but something like this.

    10lbs chicken breast boneless skinless
    5 doz eggs
    2lbs 96/4 ground beef
    Large container raw baby spinach
    Several packages of frozen broccoli
    Half gallon almond milk
    Cottage cheese
    Rolled oats
    Brown rice
    Natural peanut butter
    Mustard
    Hot sauce
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Salsa

    add a few kgs of sweet potato, frozen egg whites, and fruit.

    Raw means uncooked. It's just the way I prefer it.

    IMO veggies are sold as follows (in order of best to worst): fresh, frozen, canned

    I couldn't agree with you more. THe canned ones have too much salt and are mushy....yuk!

    yeh im not big on them either (especially spinach) but i eat them every day at least 3 times. the spinach i get frozen (well all my veg r frozen just about for pricing) and i find the chopped spinach the easiest to eat cuz i can shove a huge amt into my mouth and basically just swallow it without chewing! LOL
