A couple months ago i started my first cycle without any knowledge of AAS, I joined the board to ask for advice and was told to stop immediately and research. My original cycle was a 20 week plan of test cyp and deca pinned once a week. I had only pinned once so i stopped on the advice of multiple members. Anyway, ive been reading this board every night for two months now and i think I have a good idea of a safe first cycle
Start cycle
week 1 test cyp 250mg every 3.5 days / liquidex 0.25mg EOD
week 2 test cyp 250mg every 3.5 days / liquidex 0.25mg EOD
week 3 test cyp 250mg every 3.5 days / liquidex 0.25mg EOD / HCG 250iu every 3.5 days
week 4 test cyp 250mg every 3.5 days /liquidex 0.25mg EOD / HCG 250iu every 3.5 days
week 5 test cyp 250mg every 3.5 days / liquidex 0.25mg EOD / HCG 250iu every 3.5 days
week 6 test cyp 250mg every 3.5 days / liquidex 0.25mg EOD / HCG 250iu every 3.5 days

nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Let me know if anything looks out of place. The dianabol is optional but ive read some threads saying that it will help with holding onto gains by running it between the end of cycle and PCT. If thats just a lot of bull let me know and i wont bother with it. Also ive heard advice of running HCG throughout the entire cycle and others say last four weeks of cycle. the hcg that is available to me comes as 5000iu's so pinned twice a week will only last 10 weeks which is why i have it starting on week 3. Let me know it this is optimal.
