    1 1/2 week in to Sus and cant sleep

    Every time im on I can't sleep this sucks I tried sleeping pill but they make me groggy in the am also tried melatonin no luck any other ideas ??

    Can't say that I have run into sleep issues yet
    do u stay restless for the whole cycle ?
    Have u tried taking benadryl

    haha, that made me laugh... I have been taking zzzquil lately, its nyquil without the cold meds. Doesnt seem to knock me out like nyquil but it works. Im sure this shit is horrible for me but I have a hard time windingdown at night on or off so I use it when I need to
