    Adjusting diet and estimated bf%

    Age: 26
    Weight: 233
    Height: 6'2"

So I started eating more and fairly clean but put a little to much on my midsection. Think I had my kcal too high (5000+). Def too high. I forgot where I read it but it had me at 5000 kcal.

Anyways, I am trying to figure out what my bf% is and go from there. I am just estimating off a picture but I would say between 18-20%. What you guys think? Once I have an estimate I will go off LBM to make a better diet for myself

Just read a post by 405 about bulking/cutting. Looks like anything over 15% should be cutting

Based on the pic, I'd say your fairly close to accurate. However, I don't like guess BF% without seeing someone's legs or back. It's not all about the gut.

I would put you at 20-22% range. I would for sure begin a cutting diet so you can see the results of your bulk!
