    Creatine with Test?

I am getting ready to do a cycle with Test Enan. I want to know what your experience is with using Creatine with Test. Good or bad idea? Will it create too much water retention? Is it helpful to use or unnecessary?

Also besides SERM's and an AI is there any other supplements that are highly advisable to take with test..?

Are you trying to bulk or cut? I wouldn't take the creatine if you were trying to cut but bulking it will be good. What AI are you planning to run? Your AI will help with water retention, try to make sure you're drinking a gallon or more a day of water to keep everything flowing.

If you are keeping your diet clean, running your AI, and drinking a good amount of water I wouldn't worry to much about water retention.

When I go on cycle I take double dosages of everything like my multivitamins, b-complex, vitamin c, calcium, magnesium, zinc. When I'm not on cycle I lower it back down to normal dosages.

I'm on a test c cycle now and asked the same question before I started.. Needless to say I was told to save it till I was running my pct.

I am definitely bulking. I will be running Arimidex at .5mg EOD or as needed. I know some ppl do .25 ED but that would be difficult IMO to cut one pill 4 ways. Diet will be clean. I drink over a gallon of water a day as is so that will be natural.

If you have enough to last you through the cycle and PCT I would do that.

Ok. This reminds me...I should make a separate post with how I am doing my cycle to get advice/suggestions.

I ran it all the way to my cut that I started a few weeks back. It doesn't do much if your natural creatine levels are already maxed from your diet. But, it doesn't hurt.

I save supps like CREATINE for my off cycle time for an extra edge then. When ON ycle I keep it minimal. Vitamin/mineral,,Liver protectant,,some EFA's and Whey Isolate are about it.

I don't see the point? your muscles will be full of water from the test anyways. what good would the creatine do? your muscles can only hold so much water, lol

Creatine is fine to take while on cycle. Take every advantage you can while on AAS when bulking.

creatine is potentially a myostatin blocker, so if its true, this is HUGE. if its not, still no harm in running creatine as its still the best supplement out there after aas.

We're not talking about d-bol here. IMO creatine is much more effective for long time gains. And easier on your system. Also, you can hold onto a lot of your gains from test if your diet and training are on point and PCT is on. Keep cals high and workout. Surprises me you would say that.

dont use creatine mono , its out dated. creatine hydro with no bloat is a better way to travel imo.

I call BS too. There is no super creatine. Creatine is creatine, is creatine. The only thing that can make creatine better, is if it is micronized.

well this is my train of thought

hydro doesn't cause bloat ( the blunt of people arguments why they don't wanna run it.)
    mono does.

To me, and my simple train of thought is a easy one to figure out

I've tried every type of creatine n find micronized mono to be the best.

I also use creatine on cycle.. it can only help n its dirt cheap
