liquidex and nolva at same time?

ok so long story short i had a little gyno scare, no big deal really though i mean i stopped it in its tracks... but! lol im paranoid about it now, i upped my liquidex to .5mg eod and was taking 20mg nolvadex a day. I just wanted to make sure it was safe running liquidex and nolvadex at the same time? That and I think I'm going to drop my nolvadex dosage to 10mg a day, just cuz i dont wanna completely block out all my estrogen, gotta keep making them gains ya know? I'll listen to my nipples

you technically dont need to be on both since the estrogen levels are minimized but the safe bet would be to use both. Don't know how effective 10mg/day nolva would be. I need about 30/40mg/day nolva alone without an AI, otherwise they get sensitive. With an AI, 20mg/day nolva works for me. Everyone is different.

I would use both as the safe option to "nip" gyno in the bud

SERMs (i.e Nolvadex) reduce serum levels of non-suicidal AI's like arimidex or letrozole, thus rendering them pretty much useless, so only use one at a time, 0.5mg arimidex eod should be fine.
