Currently sitting at ~13% Body Fat.
Plan on doing a 12 week test only cycle within a few months.
Goal is to gain ~10-15lbs while getting down to ~9-10%
Should I spend the next 2 months cutting down to 10% Body fat and then cycle, or should I just cycle at 13% and expect to drop it while on cycle?
I know diet plays a huge role on body fat while on cycle. I will be eating very clean.
