    Done with it all.

Well i finished up PCT last week and feel pretty good. I will try to post pics today, I wanted to take them right before PCT but did not have the time. All in all it will pretty well and want to plan another cycle around the first of the year. I will up the test this time but only do test with my AI and HCG then clomid and nolva PCT.

The only thing I really measured was weight, I did gain some mass since the weight I am lifting now is more then 3-4 months ago. The swollen look is gone kind of crazy my chest always looked like I was flexing. I also noticed how much my legs have went done but still pushing good weight with them.

    1st day of cycle
    191lbs

Weight at last pin before PCT
    216

    This morning
    204

Another thing I found crazy is how different the weights feel. While I cycle it was like the weight was not heavy I just could not push out another rep. Now I pick that bastard up and its like shit this is heavy hahha.

Will post next cycle when I figure it out. I do have a question on my next cycle now, when would be a good test to take? I did Sust250 and it was really alot of money but that is all I could get. A couple of guys I guess could tell what was going on and asked me some questions and I told them what I was doing. The only reason I told them was because I knew that could get things if I need them but did not know them like that when I was planning my first cycle.

Diet was good while on cycle (could have eatin more), PCT was kind of laid back. I tried not to eat to bad but did not really worry about it during this time. I was thinking some Test E next time and really hit the calorie or at least keep them up. I really should have eaten more I thnk but I was happy with what I gained this go around. The only thing I did not dig so much was I only did cardio for the first 4-5 weeks becasue I felt very heavy when jogging so I just limited the calories and did not jog.

So you kept 13 lbs. Not too shabby!

As a 2nd cycle, maybe test prop and var? Seems like a popular 2nd cycle.

Unless he's well over 6', his weight will probably continue to drop over the course of the next few months. Of course, he can keep that from happening if he eats more, but this will more than likely mean gaining body fat more so than anything else.

My point, the guy finished his PCT a couple wks ago, you said he's kept 13lbs. 13lbs of what? The hormones he was on are no longer there to support the growth he experienced. His test levels most certainly went up when he was in his PCT, but he will experience a slight dip back down in test levels more than likely.

Long story short, there is a huge misconception about gains and post cycle gains kept. This misconception also largely plays into pounds gained/kept which is the worst way to gauge things. I'm not trying to be a downer, but most would be a lot better off if they looked at the reality.

I totally get what you are saying, I understand I can and most likely lose more weight. I did not do a full body comp but kept and eye on my waist each week and it went from 33-35in. I am not so much worried about the weight I am still happy that I can lift more now then I could before I started and thats what I want to keep track of don't want to go back you know. THe only thing I have notice in the gym is my db shoulder presses are about 10lbs less then at about 6-10wk when on cycle (could be I have no spotter now and not pushing).

I am gong to look into the prop/var cycle next.

Since using aas is somewhat a lifestyle can a person just use half the dosage to maintain rather than going with full dosage?
