Looking for everyones views on here for my bulk from now till february.
Not my first cycle, this would be my 7th or 8th cycle.
Looking to add 10-15 pounds of mass for next year to compete.
I am trying to hold onto my gains and enchance my recovery for not being on to long.
I am sticking to short esters to reduce the bloating effect overall and want clean mass.
I've ran the test e/eq test c/deca mix'ed before
tren a, mast, test e/c, clen, t3 for precontest
Currently 5'8 195 10% BF.
Weeks 1-5
200mg-300mg Test prop EOD
100mg-150 NPP EOD
1mg adex EOD if needed,
8iu hgh 4 upon waking 4 before bed
20iu slin fast acting 10 upon waking 10 pwo with 120g hi clean gi carbs
Weeks 6-10 pct for 4 weeks with hcg, nolva and clomid and ai
Weeks 11-16
200mg-300mg Test prop EOD

I will do cardio 3 times per week while bulking for 20 mins just to keep things in check if weigh gets out of hand.
Then possibly PCT or bridge straight through until contest is over, so another 3-4 months of cutting with probably test e/c mast and tren a, and hgh, t3 as needed and clen as needed with am cardio.
macro ratio will be 40% protein, 30% carb 30% fat.
Eating 6-8 times a day with a meal middle of night
Food will consist of
talipa, chicken breast ( no rib meat), Steak, Albacore, flounder, oats, sweet potatoes, veggies, white rice and red potato, Will have fast acting glucose on hand messing with slin.
