A friend of mine actually does these workouts...they're seriously some of the hardest routines I've ever tried and you feel great afterwards!
These guys are Madness and anyone who doesnt agree are stupid.
What do they do for legs!!![]()
It's true when they do these demo videos they don't show a lot of leg workouts, it's mostly upper body gymnastic-like calisthenics. But since it is all calisthenics, I would assume body-weight squats and running would be for legs. Most of these guys are top heavy though and avoid legs.
