I dont know Ive never done ECA, just clen and now this..dosages on NYC are as follows:
Yerba Mate 10mg + Green Tea Extract 100mg + Vel vet Bean Ext 50mg + Nore 20mg (Herbal Alkaloids) + Caffeine 150mg + Synephrine HCL 10mg + Yohimbine HCL 1mg.

Yeah we've both been on it before, semed to work ok. definitley got shaky. I went all the way up to 200 while cycling it. Worried about permanent heart issues a little bit.

But Effederine cant be good for the heat either.

Ive read some negative things about estrogen from green tea tho.

yeah ive read that before. I am just very tolerable to stimulants. I guess form all of my past partying days. I am going over it again now.

Well with anything be carefull. Make sure your heart and cardiovascular system is in good shape before using clen as it can cause heart stiffening.
