    gains slowing down

    Hey guys might need to change my diet up a bit was going well but now seems to be slowing down, im 5'5 154lb now was 143lb when started about 10wks ago, i have started cardio into my training about 4wks ago 45mins every 2nd day am i burning off too many calories?

    Meal 1. 1/3 cup oats 2scoops whey

    Meal 2. 1 can tuna 1/2 cup brown rice cooked

    Meal 3. roughly 200gs chicken breast (bad scales) 1/2 cup brown rice cooked good serve of veggies

    Meal 4. 2scoops whey 1 banana pre work out

    Meal 5. Pwo same as meal 3

    Meal 6. 2scoops whey

    why cardio?? ..is your bf% that high? you might have to drop cardio completely.
    thats like 2,200-2,400calories in total.

    Dont know my definate bf% its not too high but could be improved

    What could i throw in to up the cals i struggle to eat all of that now anyway

    increase all of your meals. too many shakes tho...
    #1 replace whey with 5 or 6 eggs, half whole, half whites only
    #6 cassein + lots peanut butter
