Needle and Injection

Doing first cycle
Test E only...just like the newbie cycle is listed on forums

I have been trying to find info before posting this question but have had no luck. Mostly finding to many different opinions.

My questions are.

1) Where is best place to inject. I have been told to just alternate thighs.

2) What size needle. Have been told 23 gauge 1 inch 1ml (for thigh)

3) Do I need different needle to retrieve test from vial than the one I use to inject.

4) Do I need to thump syringe and squeeze out any air bubbles in it...reason I am unsure is because I do not know if or how much of test i will push out by doing this and not get the full 250mg a shot in....

3cc syringe with a 23 or 25g needle to inject. Use a 21-22g to draw buy these attached and the injection needles separately). Glutes are the least painful spot to pin. And don't worry about air bubbles.

You can get away with 3/4 inch in your quad. That's where I did mine and it was easy. After your first shot you will be good to go. As far as different needles I would do it for your first couple because once you stick it thru the rubber it will dull the needle a little which will make it harder to penetrate skin. But after a couple you will just use the same needle to save time

I like the glutes myself. Quads may get pretty sore since it is virgin muscle. Don't pin with the same needle that you draw with, it dulls it and if you don't keep your vial clean (I'm anal about this) you risk infection. I use a 23 1", it should be fine for anywhere you want to pin. Try to get the bubbles out, but its not gonna kill you of there is some small ones in there. Make sure you aspirate before dropping the plunger and slowere is better, less pip. Putt pressure on the pin site for about 30 seconds and massage the oil in, this also helps with pip. Put the entire 1" in so you get deep in the muscle.

As for air it takes a lot to affect you. You can also wrap your vial in a warm rag and let the test get warm so it will inject smoother.

Good point green well. Id use rubbing alcohol on a swab too and wipe the injection site just to kill any bacteria. Better safe than sorry

Get a routine down so you make sure everything is sterile and everything goes smoothly.

I like 18's to draw and 23's to pin. Can't go wrong w/glutes and quads are good too.

Here goes my routine start to finish.
1)turn on some porn ( I like to have something good to watch while I inject)
2)wipe the top of the vial in one direction with a fresh alcohol swab then toss it (the swab)
3) I pull an equal amount of air into the pin that I am drawing from the vial
4push the pin into the rubber top of the vile and flip the vial upside down..then push the air from the pin into the vial causing equal back pressure
5)pull slowly back on the plunger withdrawing the desired amount of injectable
6)pull the pin out and recap being careful not to hit the tip of the dart and dull it futher
7)wipe the area to be injected in a circular motion from inside to out with a FRESH alcohol swab (LET AREA DRY)
8)pinch and hold the skin at the injection site and push the pin in
9)release the pinned area and slowly push the plunger until it bottoms out (small air bubbles are not an issue)
10) pull the pin out and hold the alcohol swab on the pin site
11) dispose properly of all items and turn off porn before the wife comes home

I use 1 1/5 25g for everything. switching tips from drawing to injecting is the BEST practice but not manditory.

That's how my Mon and Thurs goes!

You don't put a fresh pin on before injecting? Ever try the z-track method?

No...I draw and jab with same pin. I have drawn from 3-4 vials and it doesn't get so dull I can't stand it. I have seen info on Ztrack but never tried it. Isn't the purpose to assure you don't lose anything? I never have lost juice from a pin.

Yeah basically, it's one of those things I'm trying to make a habit since it's not a major adjustment. Simple pull of the skin and it makes sure nothing comes out.

tried once...pulled the skin, let go and the pin went sideways and tore into the muscle...hurt like a bitch. I'm sure I did something wrong but I will just keep doing what is comfortable.

I draw with an 18 and inject with a 23. Air bubbles are fine.
