Hey bros I am all new to this it took me like 10 minute just to find out how to post a thread ahaha (no homo) I've been training on and off for a couple of years now in my home and its only been in the past month i've actually signed up to a gym and trained properly doing set split muscle routines 5x a week.
Anyway I've done what I think is a lot of research on steriods and I just wanna see what you guys think to my first cycle. Firstly the stats.
Stats:
.Height - 5ft 6
.Weight - 127 lbs
.BF - 10%
My diet is consistent and so far i've put on roughly 2lbs in the past month, I am as you can see small and skinny I used to be an ectomorph 3-4 years ago weighing like 7 and half stone which is ridiculous! Anyway...
Diet:
Meal 1 - Couple of eggs, 1 cup of oatmeal and a shake
Meal 2 - 2 tuna sandwiches, 2 pieces of fruit, pre-shake
--Workout with shake and creatine after.--
Meal 3 - Chicken breast with pasta and veg
Meal 4 - Mince beef with potatoes and veg
Meal 5 - Steak or gammon with veg
Meal 6 - Eggs with salmon
Shake and a couple of chunks of 95%chocolate before bed
Included in my diet is also 1 zinc&copper tab, roughly 15 amino 1000's and alot of green tea.
The cycle:
Anavar 60mg daily for 8 weeks
test Prop 100mg every 2 days for 12 weeks
Nolvadex 40mg first week 20 mg for 5 weeks after
Should I use any arimidex or clomid or even HCG are any of these needed?
The only thing i have wrong with this i think is the PCT any advise guys on my dieting, cycle, PCT would be a great help cheers dudes.
