My Personal Trainer gave me this DIET. Can I use it like this?

This is the diet I got from my personal trainer. Top Body builder in our gym.

    My goal is to clean-bulk.

Can I use this as-is or should I make some changes?

    Meal1: 6x egg whites,50g oats, 1x banana
Meal2: 1x Can of Tuna, 150g Sweet Potato, 2x Rice Cakes
    Meal3: 200g Steak, 150g Basmati rice
    Meal4: 200g Chicken, 150g Potato
Meal5: 1x Can of tuna, 120g Sweet Potato
    Meal6: 200g Steak, 120g Pasta + green salad

+ Use a post workout shake.

    Thanks
    IZ

U need to calculate the macros of the diet, (total calories and what the percentage split is between protein/carbs/fats)
Is this diet the one your BB personal trainer uses? His lbm will probably be very different to yours, the best diets are the ones tailer made for you rather then trying to use somebodys elses, a bit like a suit.lol
whats your stats?? age, height, weight and body fat%.
anything your not sure about just post up and im sure somebody will help you pronto!

Diet is clean, food choices are good but as above.... You need to work out the macros..... Or just start it, stick with it for 2 weeks and then make modifications if required depending on results...

You need to add some greens.... Kale, spinach, broccoli are all good bets

I would also add in some berries, buluberrys and raspberrys are great...

I would also opt to use a liquid egg white for ur egg whites and add a few good quality whole eggs to your first meal....

Is your personal trainer a Registered Dietitian? Personal Trainer's are not suppose to give out meal plan's like that unless they are RD's.

so what is the purpose of this diet?? with 440grams of moderate to simple carbs I'm dubious in thinking it's a 500 cal deficit diet that would effect fat loss..

OP cited lean bulk as the goal, not cutting.
