My recent bloodwork showed I finally just barely crept into the high range for hematocrit.
This is definitely not something you want to pass off because thick blood is a major killer of people today! Its not going to kill me or you in a couple months, but over years it is not healthy.
Unfortunately, my ferritin is very poor! I was taking a multimineral with iron added, and after a few months it literally did nothing! I guess that whole vitamin C needed for iron absorption might pertain to me
So, I am still trying to find a way to bring up my ferritin. Since that last lab test, I have popped 500mg vit C with my daily multi mineral.
