1mg caps are stupid.... There was a thread about this the other week..... Never order them again, the dose is just too high...
I would empty the cap into a 500ml bottle and mix it with A drink... Shake the hell out of it and take half every 3 or 4 days...

that's good advice from my very limited experience.
even .25 eod is simply too strong for me so i've just now cut down the .25 in half to try that e3d.

I was under the impression that .25 Ed was good for keeping water off. Cycle goes like this:
Weeks 1-10 300mg test cyp tues and sat
Weeks 4-12 50mg ed
Hcg weeks 4-12 250iu twice a week
Glucosamine and Omega complex for joint support
MACA
Animal pak vitamins
Kre-alkaline
Kre-glutamine
PCT is standard clomid Nolvadex pct protocol.
Was going to use arimadex at .25 Ed but now I am stuck with caps.
So break the caps in a drink and drink half e3d?
