So i have been cutting for about 6 months. And was planning on cutting for another 5 weeks. I'm hoping ill be at my goal by then cause I'm getting sick of cutting and want to do some lean bulk.

Routine
Day 1: 45min fasted cardio, chest/Tri
295g protein, 100g carb, 50g fat
Day 2: hiit fasted cardio, back/bi
295g pro, 100g carb, 50g fat
Day 3: hiit fasted cardio, legs
295g pro, 100g carb, 50g fat
Day 4: rest
295g pro, 0 carb, 50g fat. Fibrous carbs
Day 5: 45min fasted cardio, shoulder/trap
295g pro, 0 carbs, 50g fat.
Day 6: 45min fasted cardio
295g pro, 0 carbs, 50g fat
Day 7: chest/Tri
295g pro, 300 carbs, 50g fat
