100mg/wk of Cyp
.5mg/2x a wk of Adex
Last time I got bloods my e2 was in the lower range and my test (serum) was in the midrange on a trough day. Nipple prominence had decreased since starting the Adex. I felt f!@#ing fantastic. 3 months ago I introduced 250iu hCG 2x a week, and lo and behold my boys are swinging. However, the doc and I agreed to reduce the test to perhaps 80mg/wk if the addition hCG began to push my test too high.
I have bloods scheduled for 4 days after a Vegas trip, which puts me in an interesting opportunity.
I can either:
a) Reschedule for the week before, and see where my hormone levels really are with as few variables as possible, while running the risk of potentially decreasing my Rx'd test dose a tad.
b) Keep the appointment after the Vegas trip, explain the elevated AST/ALT to him as a result of the alcohol intake, and potentially be left with a slightly lower test and higher e2 score, which would keep me on the same regimen as I am currently.
Thoughts? "A" seems like the more responsible choice, but I'd like thoughts either way.
On a side note, I am considering pursuing thyroid hormone replacement therapy as well now that my TRT is on lock. We tested my thyroid about a year ago and the levels (t3, t4, tsh) were just a hair above low (similarly to my initial LH readings, which leads me to believe that my pituitary gland simply doesn't function well). However I didn't push the issue as I was relatively asymptomatic and was still on test-only TRT at the time and needed to push for the AI and hCG first. Should I just keep this one on the back burner until next time?
