I've done a test e cycle about 4 years ago. 250mg/w. Went from 175- 196. A lot of fat. Diet sucked at the time. Took a about 6months off a couple of years ago and lost weight. 28yrs old 5'7" at180lbs now about 10% body fat. Trying to put on some mass. I'm thinking about doing 500-600 test. Wanting to know what a good amount of Deca I could take to get good mass gains. Also would like to know how good strength gains are with the added Deca. Not looking to add more than 2 things in cycle. Open to all suggestions. Not doing this until the end of the year or beginning of the year. I know about AI and pct. Don't have anything yet. Trying to get ideas. Thanks
