morning, 12 egg whites and 1 egg yolk (i do this because i don't eat well in the morning)
snack protein shake with oat meal or punut butter, 7-15 almonds

Protein shake with carbs b4 workout maybe no2
after workout, another shake
Dinner, vegetables, meat, pasta.
Protein shake b4 bed, or another 12 egg whites and one yolk.
Vitamins:
Liver support, milk thistle dandelion extract
milti vitamin
omega 3s or astaxanthin,
The ehcg will help with your pct but you will need at least clomid
