Training has been serious for about 3 years with a proper diet for 2.

Atm 2800cals 359pro 203carbs 65fat

protein accounts for 1436cals and energy (carbs and fat) accounts for 1397cals

I will adjust diet accordingly

My cycle
Weeks 1-8 = 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-8 = AI arimidex (adex) 0.25mg EOD
Weeks 5-7 = HCG 250iu 2x wk mon,thur (I can only afford hcg for 2wks) still better then nothing I think..

Stop hcg 5 days before pct
PCT start 3 days after last pin
AI stops, 1day before PCT starts

Weeks8-12= clomid 50/50/50/50/ ED
nolva 20/20/20/20/ ED
