Haha I see those kenyans can run, I'm 6ft 13 1/2 stone bf about 19% I'm a personal trainer and do a contraction job aswell, I'd say my goal is to have a sprinters physique, been really busy as of late with work so training has been about 3 times a week then a game of football/soccer on a Sunday for 90 minutes, my mrs is about to have our first baby too I'm out walking with my greyhounds what I work most days so really active, my diet is clean now I had a bit of a crazy few months whilst I was so busy grabbing the od bad meal when I was in a rush that's changed now tho it's clean, I understand more research is needed and I will do all the research b4 I start a cycle I appreciate all your hel thanks
