Thumbs up water retention causing lower back and forearm pain?

first off this has been an on going problem i have tried to fix, but not had any luck. it only happens when im on cycle, which has been just test-e only, at no more than 300mg a week. water retention/bloat is about the only issue i have ever had on cycle, i dont know why i have severe lower back and forearm pains at such a low dose, but i do.

i have been taking taurine before my workouts, in amounts up to 5 grams, and consumed plenty of water. it still doesn't help.

my back starts to cramp/hurt when i run on the treadmill, do any sort of lifting that involves the back, and also bicep curls (but only effects my lower forearms, closer to my wrist) nothing on the top part of my forearms, that connects to my biceps.

does anyone have any suggestions to help deal with the pain? i plan on upping my cycle to 500mg a week of test-e, along with 200mg a tren-e. im really worried if i do so, that the pain will become so severe, that i will not be able to function. that is just me guessing though.

you have that bad of water retention on 300mgs of test a week? What's your height, weight, and bf%? Also have you gotten a blood panel done to check hormone levels?

I think what you maybe complaining about is just pump from working out. I get that tightness as well when working out from time to time.

yeah thats why i started taking the taurine, but i guess im unfortunate, and it does not work for me like it does others. hopefully it will not worsen, when i up my cycle, but i guess i will see.

itrs a pump mate, i was completely pumped stupid just by walking on my last cycle. taurine is a load of broscience BS and a major trigger of headaches.

use lifting hooks on your back workouts if they're stopping you from lifting at your max

i mean the taurine might help others, but it doesn't do a damn thing for me. as for the hooks, i will see if i can locate some. although i still get pumps when jogging on the treadmill... starts to hit me about 5 min into my run??

Cialis is a vasodilator. It may help with the pumps. I would try 10mg daily and see
