As opposed to be shutdown still lead to lifelong consequences?

For example, hypothetically speaking, an 18 year old male, let's call him Matt, decides to run a 2 week cycle of Anavar only at 60mg ED.

On the thirteenth day, Matt decides he has made a mistake and administers a standard PCT protocol 24 hours later such as Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 100/50/50/50.

Matt gets full panel blood work done afterwards, and is perfectly normal.

Matt was more than likely suppressed prior to PCT while he was cycling, yet it is unclear whether or not Anavar would of shut him down that early.

    How is Matt affected?
