    On test cycle preferred pre workouts?

    Does anyone take anything for a pre-workout while on a test only cycle? HCG as supporting then Clomid/Nolva for PCT.

    Nothing for me. I never worry about pre worokut shakes, the imaginary post workout window, etc... Just eat right all day and you never have to worry about it.

    During week 1 I tried to continue using either craze or assault but it made my workouts worse. I couldn't control my breathing and I felt puffed in between sets. Trust me you wont need one even if you are just using test.

    Sometimes I took 100-200mg of caffeine but that's it.

    Thanks for the advice! I didn't think pre workouts would be a good idea.

    What about Amino drinks?

    Besides my normal pre workout meal which is usually 60-90 minutes before, i use 5gms creatine. And i am one of those guys that gets a protein drink right after a workout and a meal usually within an hour or so after a workout.

    I look at it like this: Can't hurt, and nothing negative is going to come from it, so why not?

    Creatine while on a test cycle?

    I do the same thing btw. Big Blast protein right after a workout. Amino X during a workout.

    Personally... Amino Energy by ON. BCAAs with caffeine and beta alanine. Simple, effective and tastes AWESOME!
