    cyp/prop cycle need input and advice

    ok so heres what i have
    cyp 250mg/ml prop 100mg/ml
    i was going to do 1 ml so 250mg of cyp 2x per week. (500mg of cyp 1 shot monday 1 shot mon, thurs)
    prop 1ml so 100mg 1 time per week (100mg shot on saturday)
    all of this for 5 weeks
    then novladex for pct , and from looking at the pct thread i still am confused on when i start it when to take it and how much to take for how long.
    also should i stack the cyp and prop or do one after another? again i'm sorry its my first time

    The cycle is horrendous and its clear you haven't done any research.
    What are your stats?
    How long you been training?
    What does your daily diet look like?

    Hmmm. Where did you get the idea for this cycle? I can't make sense of it.

    i know two people who took cyp and it worked for them but i don't know them well enough to ask them about it, as i said i'm new to this i'm sorry but i'm trying to learn. So would a simple cyp cycle cycle of 500mg a week be good enough. i did do the research its just hard to find exactly what i need to know, therefore i'm asking the experts. i'm 24, 5'10 180-185ish about a 15%body fat maybe be around 10-15 now i cut down quite a bit. been working out since i was about 14 I've done sports training, cross fit, ect i'm fine in the gym and my diet is fine i just need that extra boost.

    i am 23 i'll be 24 in a month, one member was telling e i was too young... i thought maybe if he knew i was almost 24 it would make a difference , its just saw it being an easier thing to say. lol thanks anyway

    Well then happy B-day next month. I agree with Marcus your cycle is a mess. As far as cycling at your age...the magic number is normally 25 but it's not carved in stone. Let's look at some things before we even discuss cycle if ya don't mind

    1) post and example of your daily diet
    2) post an example of your workout routine an workout experience
    3) I love it when members are willing to post body pics as it give me a chance to see what kinda foundation we are working with.

    ok fair enough i'll try to research more, and where exactly do i look for this help if someone could send a link. and for lunk1 thanks for help here you go, i eat 5 meals a day each consisting of at least 35g protein, i have complete carbs and veggies. i have 1 protein shake after a workout along with some type of carbs, whether it be a powder form or from a food source. i also usually eat a banana on my way to gym. i work out AT MINIMUM 1 time each day 5 days a week for on average 1:40 minutes. chest and tri's monday, back and bis tuesday, legs wednesday, shoulders abs thursday, friday is either a catch up day or strict cardio. i also have cardio every day for 2 hours due to a men's league i play in. saturday or sunday i will do some plyo workouts if i'm feeling up to it, or i will take rest, stretch recover. i'm drinking water constantly i carry a water bottle everywhere. i am very experienced i've worked out at cross fit, with a personal trainer, and in a sports specific gym. My strength is not the problem i am solid in lifting i just want to get bigger and have a more attractive physique. yes i have tried eating 5000 calories a day, i've tried eating twice my bw in protein, i do eat a lot and i eat the right foods i used to be a nutritionist for sports teams to help pay my way through university. about the picture part i think you can understand that some people wont feel comfortable posting pictures but i described my build previously, but just to recap and go into more depth. 5'10 vary from 178-183 lbs, around a 10-15% bodyfat. most my mass is in my lower body due to my physique. i have a clean bill of health and i'm just looking for some help and guidance before i start everything. Thanks to everyone who took time to reply and help me. much appreciated.
