ok fair enough i'll try to research more, and where exactly do i look for this help if someone could send a link. and for lunk1 thanks for help here you go, i eat 5 meals a day each consisting of at least 35g protein, i have complete carbs and veggies. i have 1 protein shake after a workout along with some type of carbs, whether it be a powder form or from a food source. i also usually eat a banana on my way to gym. i work out AT MINIMUM 1 time each day 5 days a week for on average 1:40 minutes. chest and tri's monday, back and bis tuesday, legs wednesday, shoulders abs thursday, friday is either a catch up day or strict cardio. i also have cardio every day for 2 hours due to a men's league i play in. saturday or sunday i will do some plyo workouts if i'm feeling up to it, or i will take rest, stretch recover. i'm drinking water constantly i carry a water bottle everywhere. i am very experienced i've worked out at cross fit, with a personal trainer, and in a sports specific gym. My strength is not the problem i am solid in lifting i just want to get bigger and have a more attractive physique. yes i have tried eating 5000 calories a day, i've tried eating twice my bw in protein, i do eat a lot and i eat the right foods i used to be a nutritionist for sports teams to help pay my way through university. about the picture part i think you can understand that some people wont feel comfortable posting pictures but i described my build previously, but just to recap and go into more depth. 5'10 vary from 178-183 lbs, around a 10-15% bodyfat. most my mass is in my lower body due to my physique. i have a clean bill of health and i'm just looking for some help and guidance before i start everything.
