white residue after applying Axiron

Hello all.

I use 4 pumps of Axiron everyday after my morning shower.
My testosterone level has gone from 240 to 840ish.
My question is:
Does anyone know what the white flaky residue is that appears after one applies Axiron and it has dried?

It's just the residue from the T. This stuff will raise your T pretty amazing stuff. I have gotten over 1200 and decided to cut back to three pumps, feeling much better on three pumps so far. Keep an eye on your E2 as it will probably be high.

Ya this sruff is beastly. In one week already a HUGE boost from androgel. U guys are crazy ! More than two pumps! Do u put it other places than your armpit. I noticed the more pumps of andro gel the lower my test was at bloodtests. I dont get it

I rub the axiron on my arms occasionally.

I spoke to an Axiron nurse about the white residue.
She stated that the povidone that the testosterone is suspended in dries to a white powder and that the testosterone dries to a white film.
I have been experimenting with not doing so much rubbing while applying to see if I can avoid the flaking.
I also tried using a hair drier on cool to speed up the drying on the second application per armpit.

I have found that showering directly before applying seems to help the product be absorbed.

I do rub the applicator on my chest to dry it off after the 1st and 2nd application.

So far I am very pleased with the Axiron.

I notice the flaking is minimal if you use one pump under each arm then rub the other two on your arms or chest. Plus speeds the entire drying process, it dries on contact on your upper arms/shoulders. Try it out you don't have to tell your doc.

Thanks for the tip.
Tomorrow I will try one under each pit, one on my chest, and one on my belly.
Just have to get the technique down so I don't spill any.

ya it is pretty sweet. i was about to give up on the gel stuff. on the bottle it only says in the armpits. did you ask the company people about that?
