You should look into clenbuterol and t3 cytomel. Taking those two together at a reasonable dose should definitely get those 50 lbs shedded by christmas. I advise you google those before you do anything, so you get a gist of what youre going to be taking. They are very powerful fat burning chemicals and if you take more than needed, youre going to be shaking like a leaf and waking up in cold sweats. That is if you can get to sleep. I wouldnt advise taking them in the evening though. But i hoped that i helped and good luck on your quest to lose those 50lbs

Thank you, I have just started the Cytomel on Tues. I am doing 1/3 a day tomorrow I will go 2/3. Hope that right. I will also look at the diets that are here. Right now I am doing a high protein.

Visit the diet section and post your current diet there. They'll get you on track. If the diet isn't in place, nothing will make a lasting difference.

This is true. Your diet does have to be in check, especially if youre looking to lose that amount of weight in such a short time. But dont worry, it is possible. Do high intensity cardio at least 3x a week, make sure your calorie consumption is under 1400 a day if you want to shed some serious lbs. if you do that, plus taking cytomel and clenbuterol, you should come very close if not surpass that Goal you had. And good luck again

Welcome Cindy. Your first step in setting up a diet will be to determine your TDEE (Total daily energy expenditure). This will tell you how many calories your body needs to maintain it's current weight and from there you can adjust your calories to meet your weightloss goal. Check out the Stickies in the Nutrition section, they'll set ya off on the right foot.

You should not advise such things without knowing more about her. You could be putting her health in danger, this is very irresponsible.

Wow what an awesome welcome. Thank you for all the suggestions that were giving. I know diet is the big one. If I dont do that nothing will work. My biggest problem is exercise. My leg injury has caused so many issues, now I have neck, back and spine

    Welcome to the forum.

Check out the nutrition section. Those guys can send you down the right path.

A lot of us work around injuries, so you should find solid advice for that here as well.

Agree. I always back off on advice when it falls outside the norms of this board.

    Cindylou,
We do have a rehab subforum. If you so choose, you could post a thread, describing your injury. Many here do (self included), and then others can bounce ideas off you and offer advice. it's a great way to free flow information!

Hey Rose, I don't know if you've heard of the hodgetwins or not, but they run a fitness channel on youtube and they talk about something called Intermittent Fasting "IF" You should definitely look into that aswell. They have been doing it and they've made all types of weight loss. Search intermittent fasting hodgetwins on youtube and view some of the videos on the subject. I really think this could help you in your goals. But it's just advice, you could do whatever you wanna dooo. Good Luck!!

    Cindylou,

While intermittent fasting may be just the ticket for you....before I researched that I would spend some time on the board and explore options and listen to advice from experts in the field.

As said already, go to the nutrition forum and get to know some people. Post up your current diet as well as any vitamins or nutritional supplements you are taking. This information along with your age ( approximate is fine), occupation (type of work...not your companies name LOL) and number of hours of sleep you get etc. this will help the experts there accertain your needs and goals. Then with all this information they will have a much better picture of your current health and how you can best achieve your goals. See what sounds good to you (particularly now) may or may not be the best approach for you and when it comes to nutrition even the pro's almost always seek out others to help fine tune their needs.

PS Don't ask me, I am no dummy.... however I am also no nutritional expert LOL however GB and a few others could be described as such.

Welcome aboard, sorry for the long post
