    Supplements for natural testosterone.

Hey guys, I've been researching a fair bit on foods and supplements which not necessarily elevate testosterone levels, but help to boost testosterone naturally. I've come across a few natural supplements - ZMA, Tribulus and D-Aspartic acid. What are your thoughts on these supplements? Would these supplements be good to use after PCT to help with boosting natural testosterone?

Just a little look inside the ingredients and mounts of the products I'm looking at. Firstly the ZMA per serving has Zinc (30MG), Magnesium (450MG) and Vitamin B6 (10.5MG). Secondly I'm looking at two different Tribulus products - the first has Tribulus Terrestris at 1000MG, and the second has 625MG Tribulus Terrestris. Finally, the D-Aspartic acid product D-Aspartic acid at 3000MG.

Is it safe to take these three products at all at the same time, obviously with other supplements such as a multivitamin and fish oil? Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

Tribulus is garbage. D-aspartic acid is supposedly good for boosting natty T but I haven't reviewed any scientific literature on it. Can't comment on ZMA. No experience with it.

I've just been reading up this afternoon on ways to naturally boost testosterone production and things like that. I've not tried Tribulus before but it seems like nothing special. I doubt there are many supplements with just NATURAL Tribulus in it anyway. I've heard some great reviews on D-Aspartic acid, I've read that "D-Aspartic Acid plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing process of testosterone, studies have shown that 3G of D-Aspartic Acid a day can boost testosterone levels by as much as 33% in as little as twelve days." That sounds pretty impressive to me haha. I've also read that ZMA is really good as well because it includes Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6.

The thing is though if ZMA is also good, is there any point in taking BOTH D-Aspartic acid and ZMA, or would it be best to take one or the other? They have different ingredients so I would have thought that both would work decently.

Apparently there are studies saying that 3G of DAA a day can increase testosterone levels by as much as 33% in twelve days. Now that would obviously not be for everyone and that would be at the top end of the spectrum, but nonetheless that is impressive. Is DAA like creatine in that you can take it everyday and not need time off?

I've heard similar things about DAA but haven't spent much time reviewing published literature on it. I've tried a few brands of tribulus several years ago. I felt like my libido was slightly higher but I'd say that was more a placebo effect than anything else.

There is nothing natural that works lol

DAA it the best out of the three but I wouldn't take it looking for actual gains

    ZMA and Trib is crap

DAA supposedly has some pubmed studies done on it with actual research to back it up but unless your not gonna miss the cash I would say its not really gonna be cost effective

Lol i thought ZMA was supposed to help sleep if you take 30 mins before bed? i think some multi's have magnesium and zinc in them anyway so it would be overkill with the ZMA for me?

i'm not looking for weight gains bro, just supplements that help testosterone production or make better quality testosterone or boost testosterone production, whatever you wanna call it. i might try some DAA out and skip the ZMA and tribulus, i usually sleep fine at night

DAA(3-5g) + stinging nettle root extract (250mg)! This is the best natty test booster I've tried. I run it for 4 weeks and then take 2 weeks off. Brought my test levels up to the upper range during my last blood test.

That's insane mate, thanks. I don't know if I should be taking any other supplements other than DAA if I get it though because I feel I'm taking too many supplements as it is at the moment. I might just stick to the DAA and see how I go.

Yeah that's not a bad plan...the nettle root extract is a herb that helps to protect the prostate and also increases LH. I've taken DAA alone and much prefer the DAA + nettle combo.

Tribulus makes me horny as hell. It's gotta have some impact on Test. I've never really noticed anything with ZMA supplementation

DAA has shown some promise but be careful it can raise estrogen levels too.
ZMA had some studies,,but old and outdated IMO. These minerals are essential
for optimal natural testosterone production though so it does make some sense.
