is 500mg deca a week too much for first time deca use ??????

next cycle i plan to run sust & deca which both come 250mg per ml amps, i dont want to run only 250mg deca but was wondering if 500 is slightly on the higher side ??? cycle plan is
sustanon week 1-12 500mg ew (had thought i could increase this to 750mg test a week as i have 10 amps on enanthate on hand)
deca week 1-10 500mg ew
or does that look like a good cycle
this is my third cycle.

500 sust 500 deca is what i plan on running this time too i cant wait im going to jumpstart with dbol for 4 weeks and finish with winny for 4 weeks. look forward to hear how you go on the cycle keep us posted

500mgs each is a good cycle.

I just finished a cycle of 10 weeks of 500 sust and 7 weeks of deca 200 and gained 30 pounds. I ate a strict clean 4000 calories a day . I personally feel 500 is alot. I couldn't imagine me gaining 50 pounds just because I upted the dose to 500 deca. I also feel that the deca related sides may be as a result of high dosages for extended period of time but that's just my opinion .

gains are dictated by calorie intake/lifting/and rest. more gear or higher dose doesn't always mean bigger gains. i've done 500 test and 400 deca with a 4 week kick start of dbol. saw great strength and size gains before my body reacted to the oil and had to switch off to just sust. to finish my cycle.

For you 0mg Deca and 0mg Tren Ace/week would be a good starting point

decanoate is the ester. That is attached to the drug as a time release. (simple version)
so testosterone decanoate is just test with a certian time release
nandrolone decanoate (commonly referred to as deca) is a complete different drug. Just the same ester attached to it
