Post Cycle Questions -- Help Appreciated

First of all i do apoligise for long post: AGE 24

Background: Trained from 16-22 managed to get to 80kg from around 66kg lean muscle less than 13% BF. Spend a year and a half unable to train due to a Muscle/Nervous disease i got (Fibromyalgia) Which i am using Painkiller and sleeping medication to try manage as there is no "cure" to rid it.

Starting training back 3 months ago at 72kg after getting all my diet, supplments and training on point i am now 96kg! around 25% BF. Put over 8" on chest,6" on legs, 3-4" on bicep and calves and 2.5" on Forearm

    Questions are about my first cycle of Test Enanthate. Firstly i am not using this as a quick fix , im it in for the long haul and want to minimise potential side effects and internal harm as much as possible;

    Wk 1-12: Test Enanthate 200-300mg/wk

    WK2-16 Aromosin 10mg/ED

    PCT:
    Wk 14-15 Novaldex 20mg/day
    Wk 16-17 Novaldex 10mg/day

    1. If i do a cycle of 200mg/wk can i get away with using no AI and PCT ? Or is the toxicity still worthy of using both?
    2. Are my dosages for AI and PCT look about right for this dose of test?
    3. Would i benefit from using Nova and Clomid in combo on this cycle and if so what dosage is a goog guide?

At 25%bf i wouldnt cycle. Way to many side to chance. 15% or less is ideal.

Agree with t and Dan . These things need to be your priority prior to starting a cycle.

Have you done any pre-cycle blood work to know where your levels are at? A baseline would be helpful for later comparison.

Your cycle is weak. What is your ultimate goal?

Exemestane for an AI? Lots of reasons I'd recommend one of the alternative AIs. Aromasin is pretty harsh; effective but a little too much IMO.

Get your nutrition checked by the experts in the nutrition section. It's far from perfect based on your numbers and improving it will lead to very effective results before cycling anything. When you are ready to cycle, the nutrition plan will support and maintain your goals. If your nutrition is off, so will all your goals be.

Since you just started back 3 months ago this is perfect for you to get your diet in shape. Need to train for a few more months anyway, so use the time to perfect it.

And when you're ready i wouldn't run that low of a test cycle. 500mgs would be better. Yes, you will need to run an AI as mentioned. And your PCT is inadequate as it doesn't include Clomid.

Take your time and make it worth it.

    Good Luck

agree with all above. it's a mess from beginning to end bro. take the above advice and dig your heels and cleave off some of that unwanted fat before you do an anything else. you can do it naturally and safely - lots of time no rush

Thanks for replys . training btw and diet are solid

Based calorific intake from a bodybuilding nutrition calc by Jim Stoppani:

    4320 Cal
    378 pro
    378 carb
    144 fat

Split over 8 meals on training days and 3888 cal on non -training days split over 8 meals. NO cheat food, No alcohol , No smokes.

Traning 4-5 times per week. back/bi chest/tri. legs/shoulders and abs when can fit them in. I include two 25min cardio sessions per week ciricuit training/boxing.

Ill wait a few more months and try to reduce BF slowly and try back when im below 15%?

This is a bulking diet. If you used LBM x 15 that would put your tdee @ 2381 - so you're taking in nearly 2000 calories over your TDEE. 15% BF will never happen with that diet.

Yeah i am working out a new calorific intake now . If i reduce cal slowly over a longer period i can retain a larger % of muscle built correct? Maybe 3.8k for weeks and reduce it by 200-300 cal per 2 weeks.

Used about 4-5 diff calcs. Think 2450cal a day is recommend for cutting so im going to stick with that and adjust accordingly.

No need for that. It would eventually work but it's beginning stages are counter-productive to what you want. You would be bulking for all those tapering weeks until you get down to a deficit from your tdee. At that point you would have a TON more work to do than you do today.

But who cares if you lose some muscle. The amount of fat loss would FAR outweigh the muscle loss. Go into ketosis or drop your calories BIG TIME. You need no more than 2000 calories per day and 5 hours of cardio weekly, at minimum.
