    First Cycle. Test Prop Only (NEED HELP)

    Hey guys,

    I am starting out my first cycle for lean gains and that's going to be test prop only. I've read a lot about AAS and now I want to take it up for my gains. My cycle looks like this: Test prop EOD for 8 weeks and my PCT looks like nolvadex and clomid together for 6 weeks. All I want to know is should I take armidex during my 8 week cycle with Test prop or HCG to avoid testicular atrophy?

    Body stats: 165 pounds, 6 feet, 10% body fat

    While youhave obviosly done some research, have you researched the effects of steroids done at 19 yo?

    You need to learn how to eat properly to gain weight naturally before going down the route of steroids, you also need to understand the damage you could do by shutting down a system whats not fully developed. 19yrs is to young to conder steroids and to be really honest your watsing your time because its clear you dont know how to eat to gain weight, so my advice is to head over to the diet section and olearn how to eat properly and do more research on bulking and stay away from steroids for a few yrs.Best of luck

    I agree at 19 you should not be thinking about using AAS yet. Also test prop needs to be injected ed or eod. Pinning yourself that often, right away with no experience is very brave in my opinion.

    The best way I have to put it: Running juice is not worth the sides when you're young. Even at a older age the sides are something to get used to. . . .

    as well as too young your alittle light buddy and prop is a good cutter which you def dont need i can see you have been reading but you need to go to diet section first and look up lean bulk because you can piss that weight by another 2 stone natty keep up the good work researching by the time your finished your gonna be starting better than alot of people and have a good solid base to start sculpting muscle ! an generaly an ai is needed but depends alot on what your using!!
