I am thinking about trying a cycle, I am 35 years old, 6' 220, I have been training for over 15 years. While I have become very strong I have never been able to get the truly lean and cut look that is desired. The lowest I have ever been able to get my body fat is 16%. I would like to cut, what should I start with and what kind of support do you advise, looking for any helf I can get. I was thinking of trying tren and maybe test for my first attempt.
