I got my blood checked by my primary care doctor and my total T levels came as 132 ng/dl, he said that he doesn't know anything about hormones and I should see an endo. I asked him to check for my cortisol, estrogen and free test levels as well to see if it could be something else causing my low T or if it was a testing mistake . (I have some Vitamin d insufficiency, idk how much that lowered my T). But I do workout, I am no fanatic but I hit the gym at least twice a week. ( I did fap an hour and a half before I got my blood checked and it was taken in the evening ). Anyways should I order some more tests before I see my endo, what tests are the best? How bad is 132 for someone by age exactly? What can I do, what therapies or hormones should I request when I see my endo, for someone who is 18.
Some more things you should know- I have a male physique, I have some fat stores in my thighs and love handles, but besides that everything is fine. My libido isn't bad I fap regularly, but it does fluctuate rapidly sometimes and for the past few months I have been getting plenty of sleep. Lastly, I do have some light anxiety, but it isn't anything crazy
I am desperate for answers, I don't want my life ruined.
