Hey guys and/or gals my name is yoshi and im 24 years old 5,11 and weigh 205 pounds(not a muscle on me just fat haha). I want to start working out but it is really hard to get the ball rolling.
When I was younger 16-19 I was ripped six pack and all 5,11 165 pounds I felt like the beez kneez back then.
I really want to get my six pack going again but im in such bad shape Im hoping to attain some pretty unrealistic goals using this forum but hey a man can dream.
