I'm on my second bottle of Syntex test e, 250. I've noticed on this bottle I get a slight fever the day after shots. Is this from dirty gear, or does anyone else get a little achy/feverish from shots? My pinning technique is very clean, and there is no real redness/major pain around the injection site.
